Call for Experts: Local Organization Capacity Building Roster

Yemen Aid is establishing a roster of qualified experts and firms to support our growing portfolio of capacity-building initiatives for Local NGOs (LNGOs) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).

We invite experienced professionals with strong technical backgrounds and proven field experience to join our expert pool.

Areas of Expertise Sought

We are seeking specialists in one or more of the following areas:

  • Organizational Development & Governance
    Strategic planning, board development, internal controls, policies and procedures, compliance.
  • Finance, Audit & Grant Management
    Budgeting, donor compliance (EU, UN, USAID), internal audit, procurement systems, financial reporting.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL)
    MEAL frameworks, data collection tools, reporting, outcome measurement.
  • Human Resources & Administration
    HR systems, performance management, recruitment, safeguarding.
  • Project/Program Management
    Design, proposal development, workplanning, risk management.
  • Communications & Visibility
    Branding, content development, reporting, digital engagement, EU visibility compliance.
  • Sector-Specific Expertise
    WASH, food security, agriculture, livelihoods, protection/GBV, climate change/environment, energy, infrastructure, youth, gender.
  • Training & Facilitation
    Capacity assessments, workshop delivery, coaching, institutional strengthening.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in humanitarian or development sectors.
  • Proven experience delivering training or technical advisory support to LNGOs/CSOs.
  • Ability to work in Yemen 
  • Availability for short-term or long-term assignments.

This roster does not guarantee immediate engagement but positions qualified experts for upcoming opportunities.
