  • Duty Station: Midi - Hayran  Districts -Hajjah Gov.

Taybah Foundation for Development ( TFD ):

Taybah Foundation for Development is a Yemeni development institution working in the areas of health and education. It was established in 1996 under the licence of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor No. 25.  Taybah seeks to provide quality health and education services in partnership and cooperation with all concerned and interested parties in accordance with the development plans of local authorities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive maternal healthcare services, including prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care, as well as childbirth preparation for expectant mothers.
  • Follow up on the health of the mother and unborn child during pregnancy and provide appropriate health guidance.
  • Assist in natural childbirth and help maintain the health and safety of the mother and baby
  • Provide reproductive health services, including family planning and contraception methods
  • Manage miscarriage cases if there is a designated unit, providing appropriate care and support, and refer critical cases to specialized healthcare facilities for advanced treatment.
  • Provide care for newborns by checking their health and making sure they are safe and well
  • Educate and raise awareness among mothers about breastfeeding and newborn care
  • Provide immediate response to urgent situations occurring during labor
  • Provide first aid to mothers facing bleeding or obstructed labor and transfer complicated cases to specialized medical facilities.
  • Provide health advice to pregnant and breastfeeding women
  • Encourage women in the community to adopt healthy habits, including personal hygiene
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of medical information for pregnant women and newborns, and monitor health indicators.
  • Report births, deaths, and medical cases to healthcare facilities
  • Follow the uniform policy and working hours
  • Adhere to the use of personal protective equipment such as gloves and masks
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and respect cultural customs and traditions
  • Clean and inspect medical equipment and devices to ensure their proper functioning
  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace at all times, and properly dispose of waste, including sharp instruments and needles.
  • Carry out any duties assigned by the direct supervisor as part of the job scope.

Required qualifications and conditions:

  • Bachelor / Diploma in Midwife.
  • Profession practice certificate.
  • Experience of not less than one year in the same field
  • Knowledge of English and medical terminology
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft programs (MS Office).
  • Good knowledge of nursing sciences and practice arts.
  • The ability to implement and evaluate the treatment plan for patients.
  • The ability to develop his competence.
  • The ability to communicate and establish good relationships with others.

مؤسسة طيبة للتنمية مؤسسة تنموية يمنية تعمل في مجال الصحة والتعليم والاصحاح البيئي. تأسست في عام 1996 بموجب ترخيص وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل رقم (25).  تسعى مؤسسة طيبة للتنمية إلى تقديم خدمات صحية وتعليمية واصحاحية ذات كفاءة عالية بالشراكة والتعاون مع جميع الجهات المعنية والمهتمة وفقًا للخطط التنموية للسلطات المحلية.

المهام والمسئوليات الرئيسية:

  • تقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية للأمهات قبل وأثناء وبعد الولادة وتحضير الحامل قبل الولادة.
  • متابعة صحة الأم والجنين أثناء الحمل وتقديم الإرشادات الصحية.
  • المساعدة في الولادات الطبيعية وضمان سلامة الأم والمولود.
  • تقديم خدمات الصحة الإنجابية بما في ذلك خدمات تنظيم الأسرة ووسائل منع الحمل.
  • التعامل مع حالات الإجهاض إذا كان هنالك قسم خاص بها وإحالة الحالات الحرجة للمرافق المختصة.
  • رعاية حديثي الولادة وتقديم الفحص الأولي للمولود والتأكد من حالته الصحية.
  • توعية وتثقيف الأمهات حول الرضاعة الطبيعية والعناية بالمولود.
  • الاستجابة السريعة للحالات الطارئة أثناء الولادة.
  • تقديم الإسعافات الأولية للأمهات في حالات النزيف أو الولادة المتعسرة وتحويل الحالات المعقدة إلى المستشفيات المتخصصة.
  • تقديم نصائح غذائية وصحية للنساء الحوامل والمرضعات.
  • تعزيز الممارسات الصحية بين النساء في المجتمع بما في ذلك النظافة الشخصية.
  • توثيق وإعادة التقارير وتسجيل البيانات الطبية للحوامل وحديثي الولادة ومتابعة المؤشرات الصحية.
  • الإبلاغ عن الولادات والوفيات والحالات المرضية للمرافق الصحية.
  • الالتزام بالزي الرسمي والدوام.
  • الالتزام بارتداء وسائل الحماية الشخصية كالقفازات والكمامات.
  • الحفاظ على أسرار المرضى واحترام العادات والتقاليد.
  • تنظيف وفحص المعدات والأجهزة الطبية والتأكد من صلاحيتها.
  • إبقاء مكان العمل نظيفاً وامناً على الدوام والتخلص من النفايات بالطريقة الصحيحة كالأدوات الحادة والابر.
  • القيام بأي مهام تُكلف بها من قِبل المشرف المباشر ضمن نطاق العمل.

المؤهلات والشروط المطلوبة:

  • بكالوريوس / دبلوم قبالة. 
  • شهادة مزاولة المهنة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في نفس المجال .
  • الإلمام بالإنجليزية والمصطلحات الطبية 
  • اجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت ( MS Office ).
  • المعرفة الجيدة بعلوم التمريض وفنون الممارسة .
  • القدرة على تنفيذ وتقييم الخطة العلاجية للمرضى .
  • القدرة على تطوير اختصاصه.
  • القدرة على الاتصال وإقامة علاقات طيبة مع الآخرين .
