position):

- Location: Aden, Yemen with possible travels
inside Yemen
- Contract details: Regular / Full-time.
- Duration: A full-time position with a
probationary period of 3 months

About PAH
Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) is a non-governmental organization. For
25 years, we have been providing relief in emergencies worldwide. We also run
missions in several countries in crisis. Our interventions – of both
humanitarian and development character – have been carried out in 48 countries
so far. We concentrate on ensuring sustainable and stable development of
regions suffering the consequences of war and/or natural disasters. We possess
long-standing expertise in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), but also
implement projects in Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL), psychosocial support

About PAH Yemen Mission
PAH Yemen Mission has been officially established in July 2019 and
currently provides humanitarian assistance in WASH, Health, Education in
Emergencies, CCCM and Protection for most vulnerable communities affected by
conflict in Ad Dhale, Abyan, Marib and Aden governorates.
Position reports to: Senior HR and Admin Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain
cleanliness and hygiene across our Office.
The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, sanitary, and pleasant environment for
staff, visitors, and clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness in the GH and Office premises,
Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
2. Sweep, mop, and polish floors everyday as required
3. Clean the tables, window glasses, GH and office furniture
fixture.
4. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
5. Follow health and safety guidelines and use cleaning
chemicals safely.
6. Office toilets should be kept clean at all
times.
7. Clean the Offices tables of each chamber every
day.
8. Ensure that the kitchen is kept clean at all times and
dispose kitchen waste at proper place.
9. Making tea and coffee for team. and cooking snacks if
requested.
10. Ensure that the outside yard is kept clean at all
times.
11. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report
shortages
12. Ensure that office/Guesthouses stairs are
clean.
13. Reports to the supervisor with the required items needed
for the kitchen and the whole office on regular basis.
14. Report maintenance issues or damages to the
supervisor.
15. Assist with special cleaning tasks or events as
needed.
16. Notify supervisor of any materials, repairs or other
requirements may improve the cleaning.
17. Fullfils other duties assigned by direct
supervisor(s)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform
repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Good time management skills.
Education:
- Secondary school or highschool degree
- Required: Basic education (able to read and
write).
- Preferred: Secondary school certificate or
equivalent.
- Training in facility management, cooking is an
added advantage
Work Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 year (s) experience in relevant
position.
- Minimum 1 experience working with INGO.
