Save the Children International in Yemen is inviting submissions of tenders for:

2-Year FWA for Insurance for Referral Cases in Aden and Taiz.

Detailed technical specifications are included within the tender documents. If you are interested in submitting a bid, please contact supply chain department at the following address Aden.tenders@savethechildren.org to express your interest and request the tender documents. Tender documents will be sent to you by return by 2 working days.

Please adhere to the following:

The reference number of the bid must be written in the email subject (FWA-YEM-HO-023 Insurance for Referral Cases Framework Agreement for 2 Years in Aden, and Taiz). If an untitled email is received, the documents will not be shared.

The company must be introduced in the expression of interest e-mail and the valid commercial registration and tax card issued from IRG authorities should be attached. In case the commercial registration and the tax card are not attached, the tender documents will not be shared.

It is recommended to request / collect the tender documents as soon as possible. Completed tender documents (bids) are due to be submitted by 14-ـJune-2026. Before 01:00 P.M. GMT+3 Aden time.

اتفاقية إطارية للتأمين لحالات الإحالة لمدة سنتين في عدن وتعز

تدعو منظمة إنقاذ الطفولة الدولية في اليمن إلى تقديم العطاءات من أجل:

اتفاقية إطار لمدة سنتين للتأمين على حالات الإحالة في عدن وتعز.

يرجى الالتزام بما يلي:

• يجب كتابة الرقم المرجعي للعطاء في عنوان البريد الإلكتروني:
  (FWA-YEM-HO-023) اتفاقية إطار للتأمين لحالات الإحالة لمدة سنتين في عدن وتعز.
  وفي حال استلام بريد إلكتروني بدون عنوان، فلن تتم مشاركة الوثائق.
• يجب التعريف بالشركة في رسالة إبداء الاهتمام وإرفاق السجل التجاري الساري والبطاقة الضريبية الصادرة من سلطات الحكومة الشرعية. وفي حال عدم إرفاق السجل التجاري والبطاقة الضريبية، فلن تتم مشاركة وثائق المناقصة.
• يوصى بطلب / استلام وثائق المناقصة في أقرب وقت ممكن. يجب تقديم وثائق المناقصة المكتملة (العطاءات) في موعد أقصاه 14 يونيو 2026 قبل الساعة 01:00 ظهرًا بتوقيت عدن (GMT+3).
