Social Worker (Case Management)

Job Description

Human Access for Partnership and Development association announces the following vacant position:

  • Job: Social Worker (Case Management)
  • Number Required: Three 
  • Location: Al-Mocha / Hays / Al-Khawkha 
  • Contract Duration: Six Months
  • Last Date for Application: 12:00 PM on Wednesday, December 25, 2024

Job Specialization:

Managing cases referred to the program headquarters, identifying required services, and referring them to the social welfare office for service provision.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Work on managing the cases received at the program headquarters through the network of community volunteers or humanitarian agencies in the directorates.
  • Study the cases and determine the appropriate response to them and refer cases in cooperation with social affairs and labor offices according to need.
  • Collaborate with the Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Officer to define criteria for cases eligible for economic empowerment programs.
  • Attend required training and obtain necessary certifications to provide services.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned to the incumbent upon request.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

1.    Bachelor’s degree in Sociology or a related field 
2.    Minimum of two years of experience in the same field 

Skills and Abilities:

1.    Highly skilled in interpersonal and communications 
2.    High ability to make decisions and assume responsibilities 
3.    Ability to provide guidance and conduct logical analysis 
4.    Advanced social skills
