HUMAN ACCESS announces the following vacant position:

  • Job: Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Officer
  • Number Required: Three 
  • Location: Al-Mocha / Hays / Al-Khawkha 
  • Contract Duration: Six Months

Job Specialization:

Developing and strengthening girls' capacities and achieving economic independence by providing entrepreneurial support, training and resources to enable them to achieve their economic goals. 

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Design and implement training programs to support women entrepreneurs and small businesses participating in the program.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to women on how to start and growing their businesses.
  • Assist in developing business plans and identifying funding sources.
  • Offer one-on-one consultations to help women entrepreneurs develop their ideas and turn them into viable businesses.
  • Assist women entrepreneurs in preparing the necessary documentation for obtaining financing, such as business plans and financial reports.
  • Conduct market research to understand current trends and customer needs, and provide recommendations based on the findings.
  • Organize networking events to foster collaboration between women entrepreneurs and investors.
  • Develop and conduct specialized workshops and training courses in the field of economic empowerment.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and the private sector to foster an entrepreneurial ecosystem.
  • Organize events and exhibitions to support women entrepreneurs and market their products.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic reports outlining achievements and challenges.
  • Raise awareness about the importance of entrepreneurship and its role in economic development.
  • Utilize social media to promote programs and initiatives.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned to the incumbent upon request.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

1.    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field.
2.    At least 3 years of experience in the field of entrepreneurship or community empowerment.

Skills and Abilities:

1.    The art of dealing with others.
2.    Proficiency in Office programs.
3.    Ability to withstand work pressure.
4.    Excellent communication and reporting skills
5.    High ability to make decisions and identify the needs of each case  
6.    High ability to direct and analyze logically 
7.    Organizational and time management skills.
8.    Ability to think critically and solve problems.
9.    Good knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media
