Position: MEAL Clerk (Intern)
Location: Sana’a with frequent visits to field sites.
Administrative supervisor: MEAL Assistant
Technical Supervisor: N/A
Reference: 24-26
Duration: Till May 31, 2025, renewable based on fund availability
& performance.

SUMMARY:
The MEAL Clerk is responsible for collecting information
from the field to help ensuring quality and accountability standards are
integrated and met into the regular project day to day activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The “MEAL Clerk” will be responsible but not limited
to:
- Help
in developing working plans to collect information from the field.
- Conduct
regular field visits to collect monitoring quantitative and qualitative
data from the field through individual and group interviews and
observations in order to enhance the quality of project activities.
- Collect
price monitoring data monthly from the target markets.
- Collect
complaints and feedback from beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries at
distribution sites and during conducting surveys and other activities
monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Prepare
activity and monthly reports and share them on timely manner.
- Conduct
outreach activities on beneficiaries’ feedback mechanism.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- A
bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- A
minimum of one year working experience in surveys or other data collection
activities, whether quantitative or qualitative, preferably with NGOs.
- Very
good interview and observation skills.
- Ability
to work in remote and ragged areas with the possibility to stay overnights
when needed.
- Good
organizational skills, attention to detail and reporting in a timely
manner.
- Team-work
and management skills.
- Good
English language skills (verbal and written) is an advantage.
