to 8 areas of humanitarian sectors. ADRA Yemen is undertaking programs in Yemen
in the fields of health, nutrition, WASH, food security, livelihoods, and
protection.

SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Finance Assistant, the Finance
Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day financial tasks needed in the
organization, respecting deadlines providing technical assistance and ensuring
minimum quality requirements are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The “Finance Clerk” will be responsible but not limited
to:
- Receiving
distribution vouchers such as Cash Distributions, NFI kits distribution,
etc.….
- Making
Paid Stamp, Photocopying, scanning all the payments and supporting
documents
- Frequent
visits to the Bank.
- Translates
expenditure report supporting documents
(invoices/receipts/requests/delivery notes /others) into English.
- Follow
our organization established accounting processes
- Support
Project and Finance team on all payment related issues
- Keep
in high Confidentiality all the information related to his/her position
and the information accessed in virtue of his/her position in the
organization.
- Contributes
to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform
other relevant duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s
degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum
One Year Work experience in the Finance Clerk Positions.
- Computer
literate with good Working knowledge of word processing, Spreadsheet, and
email software programs.
- Must
have basic knowledge of accounting.
- Must
have basic knowledge of handling. Depositing, and recording of money.
- Good
English and Arabic Language skills
- Very
good organizational skills, self-motivated and efficient with the
willingness to pay attention to details.
